Tram Line 1 adapts its service on Saturday 9th due to the Santa Cruz International Marathon
Metrotenerife will modify the Line 1 service on Saturday 9th for the celebration of the Santa Cruz International Marathon. Trams will run only between the tram stops La Trinidad-La Paz, from 07:30 am to 02:00 pm in order to ensure the good development of this sporting event.
Line 1 maintains the normal frequencies on Saturday, 10 and 15 minutes mainly, but the final tram stop in Santa Cruz will be La Paz. Therefore, the tram stops Weyler, Teatro Guimerá, Fundación and Intercambiador will be out of service. The tram service will again run along the whole Line 1, when the Local Police allows it after the conclusion of the marathon.
