Tram increases its transport offer every weekend of Christmas

Metrotenerife activates the Christmas services plan with reinforcements the weekends on the occasion of the high passengers’ demand during these dates.

Saturdays (days 21st and 28th of December and 4th of January), Line 1 will increase to 8 minutes its frequency, from 12:00 pm to 08:00 pm, and Sundays (days 15th, 22nd and 29th of December) every 10 minutes, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm. Apart from these services, tramway network will run with its ordinary timetable of the weekend.

Trams of line 2 will run Saturdays and Sundays with a frequency of 15 minutes, mainly.

Metrotenerife schedules also special services for the Christmas Eve (24th Tuesday), New Years Eve (31st Tuesday) and Three Kings Day (5th Sunday).
